All payments for Services (e.g., registration fees, evaluation fees) are final, non-refundable, and solely for access to simulated trading evaluations. You acknowledge that the Service is delivered immediately upon payment, and no refunds or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the Services or evaluation results.
- Failure to meet evaluation criteria or trading targets.
- Account termination due to rule violations.
- Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation of use.
- Technical issues on the user's end (internet, hardware, software).
Immediate Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, your evaluation account is provisioned and credentials are delivered immediately. Because the digital service is provided and accessible right away, the right to cancellation or withdrawal does not apply. This is consistent with consumer protection regulations regarding digital content and services delivered before the expiration of any cooling-off period.
Pricing Changes
ITA reserves the right to modify pricing for any Services at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases. Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
Account Termination and Forfeiture
If your account is terminated for any reason -- including violation of trading rules, breach of the Terms of Service, or non-compliance with KYC requirements -- all fees paid are forfeited. No partial refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued in any termination scenario.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ITA support is considered a violation of these terms. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, you must contact support@itafx.com first to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and all associated services.
- Permanent ban from all ITA services.
- Collection of any outstanding amounts owed.
Payment Processing
All payments are managed by Gateway Solutions Limited on behalf of Institutional Trading Academy Ltd. Payment data is encrypted in transit. ITA does not store your full payment card details on its servers.
200% Refund Guarantee (Promotional)
ITA may, at its discretion, offer promotional guarantees (such as the "200% Refund" offer) on select evaluation programs. These promotional offers are subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of purchase, including but not limited to:
- Completion of all evaluation requirements within the specified timeframe.
- Full compliance with all trading rules and the Responsible Trading Policy.
- Successful progression to a funded account stage.
Promotional refund guarantees do not override the general no-refund policy for voluntary cancellations or rule violations. The specific terms of any promotional offer will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, ITA may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Such exceptions may include:
- Duplicate charges caused by a verified payment processing error.
- Service not delivered due to a confirmed technical failure on ITA's side.

Governing Terms
